At Healthaven, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal teas and natural wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Perishable goods (including food, herbal teas, and other consumables)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable products
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
